-PRICES:
The sales prices of the products published on our site include VAT.
-ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
- Credit Cards
The customer can pay immediately using their credit card on a secure circuit. The package is shipped after the order is completed (if the payment procedure was successful).
- PayPal
The customer can pay immediately with their PayPal account.

The customer can pay immediately using their PostePay card or by going to the post office or Lottomatica.
The package is shipped immediately after the order is completed (if the payment procedure was successful). - Cash on Delivery
The customer pays directly to the courier upon receiving the package. For the cash on delivery payment method, an additional charge of €4 is applied to the total order for commissions. This payment method is only available for shipments within Italy.
Bank Transfer - The customer pays the due amount via bank transfer.
After receiving the credit, the package will be shipped.
For payments from abroad, the package is shipped immediately after receiving the credit.

- For international shipments, shipping costs are calculated automatically once the shipping address is entered.
Shipping is carried out within 24-48 hours after receiving the payment. Delivery is made within 24/48 hours after shipping.
For minor islands and remote areas, shipments will be made via Italian post, and delivery delays may occur.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the estimated delivery day with the indicated time slot.
To facilitate delivery operations, we recommend providing us with a mobile phone number to indicate to the courier.
-RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

- The goods must be returned within three days of the written communication in their original packaging;
