Right of return

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Our priority is always customer satisfaction, so if you change your mind and decide to return the purchased product, you will be refunded.

The withdrawal request must reach us within 14 days from the delivery of the order by sending an email to info@mondopresepi.com indicating the order number and the items you wish to return.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and the product must be returned in its original packaging along with a copy of the sent email. It is recommended to package carefully as the goods must arrive intact at our warehouses located at the following address:

The refund will be made within 10 working days from the date the package is received at the aforementioned address and will be net of the shipping costs incurred at the time of ordering.

The refund will be issued in the same manner as the payment, for example, if you paid by card or PayPal, you will receive the refund directly on the same, or if you made a bank transfer, we will return the amount to the same account.

If you paid cash on delivery or by reloading our Postepay, you must indicate the IBAN code to which the amount should be returned in the return request email.
